Kemdi Opara
Associate buyer
Kemdi is an Associate Buyer for RTW at Target Corporation in Minneapolis, MN. Prior to this, he spent 5 years at Macy’s Inc in NYC as an Omni Assistant Buyer supporting RTW for both Store and Digital channels. He received a Master of Professional Studies in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Management from LIM College in Manhattan, NY shortly after earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Howard University. He has a passion for Design and Home Interiors which he plans to pursue full time in the future. Kemdi currently resides in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.
Chibuzo Opara-Okeke
Final Year Medical Student
Chibuzo is a 3rd year medical student at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC. Prior to this, she received her M.S. in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University and her B.S. in Biology from Howard University. She plans to one day become an Emergency Medicine physician along with her many other pursuits. She currently resides in the Washington DC metro area with her husband.
Chiwendu Opara
Full-stack Engineer
Chiwendu Opara is a multidisciplinary creative individual based in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Howard University in 2016 – with a B.S. in Biology, and shortly after completed a Full Stack Development program at Rutgers University. After joining Comcast’s team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, she went on to pursue her entrepreneurial ventures by combining her love for art and technology with her love for consulting through BY TIMELESS LLC, her remote-first digital marketing consulting agency that helps build brands create profitable and memorable businesses.
In her free time she loves to illustrate, paint, sing, and rub her dog Moolah’s tummy.
Ugochinyere Opara
Product Manager - Warner Media
Ugochinyere currently resides in Chicago, where she works remotely as a Product Manager for a media entertainment company, HBO Max under Warner Bros Discovery. Prior to that she worked as a retail consultant for 3.5 years. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Howard University in 2018. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and some of her absolute favorite things to do is watch action movies and create videos for Tik Tok and YouTube.
Lolo Angela Nneka Opara
Lolo Angela Nneka Opara, MS, RN
She is a registered Nurse as well as an International Relations expert specialized in Asian countries.
She is the wife of Dr. Kemdi Chino Opara and the mother of four children.
